HTC Flyer tablet will get Android 3.0 Honeycomb, Says HTC | 3anime: "HTC Flyer tablet will get Android 3.0"
When we heard the news that HTC was releasing their own version of a tablet device, the HTC Flyer, everyone got all excited but when we heard that it won’t run on Android 3.0 Honeycomb, all that excitement faded. Apparently, HTC didn’t have enough time to customize their Sense UI for Android 3.0 Honeycomb.

I think HTC has noticed this though they have been mun about it.. until now. We read from Engadget that HTC has replied to a question via twitter saying that they “will be offering a Honeycomb upgrade when it’s made available.”

The HTC Flyer has a 7-inch 1024×600 capacitive screen, front and rear cameras, wifi, bluetooth, 16GB of storage expandable by microSD, will be powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor. One very unique aspect of this tablet device that it relies a lot on its digital pen.

If you’re looking to get the HTC Flyer in the US, the Wi-Fi only 16GB version of the HTC Flyer is now available for pre-order on eBay for $800. So, will you be getting one? .. or will you be getting the iPad 2 or the other new Android tablets coming out.
